HOW IT WORKS
Become a Member
Membership comes with many privileges. When shows don’t fill all their seats, they give tickets to Play-by-Play to help fill the house (in showbiz lingo, it’s known as “papering the house”).

Reserving your tickets is easy! Just a few clicks and you will be attending the best events in the greater New York City area.
AM I ELIGIBLE?
We are currently looking for members who are enthusiastic, dependable, well dressed and truly enjoy a variety of entertainment possibilities. Our members find that even discounted tickets at 50% off are still too expensive for them to see as much theater as they'd like and they recognize the privilege of being a seat-filler.
WHAT’S THE CATCH?
There really is no catch. Our members are able to see a show virtually every day of the week if they like. The more popular shows we post do tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend checking our website multiple times a day.
WHAT ARE THE RULES?
There are some simple rules to seat-filling. The venues we work with depend on our members to be discrete, enthusiastic and know proper theater etiquette. As seat fillers, we are held to a higher standard than ticket-buyers. Please read over our Terms and Conditions to learn exactly what is expected of seat-fillers.
IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
Being a seat-filler is not for everyone. If you are only looking for one or two particular events and/or require a specific seating section, then this membership may not be for you. If you don’t mind having to arrive just a few minutes earlier and are willing to take a chance on your seat location, then our service is going to be the best thing you only wish you had done sooner (we get that a lot).
